Northern Neuro Rehab LTD accepts instruction from Case Managers and Solicitors for clients in England for Adults over the age of 18, with neurological injury or complex rehabilitation needs sustained via medical negligence or personal injury. We have extensive experience working holistically and with other members of the multi-disciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes for our clients. We can also provide ongoing rehabilitation for clients following settlement, or with ongoing litigation cases.

Following a comprehensive initial assessment of the client, Northern Neuro Rehab LTD will provide an Assessment Report within 14 days of the assessment. This will clearly document and highlight, with an analysis, the client’s main problems, goals, likely rehabilitation prognosis, as well as outlining a recommended treatment intervention detailing the frequency and intensity of sessions, as well as the need for any equipment or technology. An anonymised sample report can be sent on request.

Following agreement of the treatment plan and funding, the case manager can expect regular updates depending on the client’s rehabilitation needs. On treatment terminating, a full discharge summary report will be provided.
